6 Weeks with Kelly – $1095

Consult with Kelly at approximately one week intervals for 6 weeks as she educates and guides you to a healthier and more energetic lifestyle. Each week will have a specific focus determined by your unique needs. In addition to nutrition counseling, this customized program may include acupuncture, yoga, and basic healthy cooking instruction and/or meal preparation.

Includes:

  • 3 House calls
  • 3 Phone consults
  • Tips, handouts, grocery lists and resources

* Customized metabolic testing is highly recommended. (Additional charge)

Kitchen Makeover (3 hours) – $350

Includes:

  • Initial 30 min phone consult before meeting in person
  • Assessment of your current kitchen, pantry and fridge
  • An educational trip to a grocery store (optional)
  • Kitchen organization
  • Suggestions for healthy replacements for current items
  • Recipes picked specifically for you based on preferences and lifestyle
  • A weekly meal plan
  • Seasonal grocery shopping lists
  • If time allows, assistance with meal preparation

Intensive Lifestyle Makeover

Are you looking for a complete overhaul of your eating and exercise habits? Are you finding your current lifestyle is not working for you or your family but are overwhelmed, not sure where to begin, or what changes to make? If you’re ready to commit to making healthy lifestyle changes this program is for you. I will use my expertise to design a strategy customized just for you and personally guide you in your home to implement new healthy habits. This program is based on:

In addition to an initial health intake for those involved, this may include (depending on your needs):

  • Kitchen makeover
  • Grocery shopping tour
  • Working together on healthy meal preparation
  • Exercise program design

  • Organizing and implementing new lifestyle habits
  • Educational exercises for children to build awareness about health and nutrition
  • Healthy non-toxic living-learn what may be out gassing or releasing harmful chemicals in your home environment and negatively impacting your health.
  • Accountability by phone or e-mail during the 6 weeks

Packages are designed specifically around the individual, couple, or family involved. Prices will vary depending on time requirement and number of people.

Terms and Conditions:

  • These packages and prices apply to those within a 15-mile radius of Santa Monica, California. Depending upon scheduling I will do my best to see those further away but there will be an extra travel charge depending upon the destination.
  • Hours are by appointment. I take pride in careful scheduling (not overbooking) so that I can spend enough time with those I work with, therefore at times there may be a wait list.
  • Payment is accepted via cash, check, Visa and MasterCard. Payment is due at time of services for individual sessions. Packages are paid up front.
  • Cancellation policy: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged.
