Kelly has been teaching yoga for over ten years. She completed the Yoga Works training with Maty Ezraty and Lisa Walford in 2002, and has been influenced by some of her instructors such as Seane Corn, Vinnie Marino, Annie Carpenter, Mark Stevens, and Laura Miles. She enjoys teaching a strong vinyasa flow class, encouraging people to listen to their bodies. She has worked with all ages from teens to seniors, from beginner to advanced, customizing sessions to individual needs.
